We manage all our HR processes with the participation of our employees, taking into consideration transparency and equality of opportunity.

 

Recruitment Process

 

Our goal in the recruitment process is to evaluate those who want to work with us on the principle of 'the right person to work'. Our recruitment process begins with the evaluation of appropriate candidates of the necessary qualifications by evaluating the applications to our advertisements prepared for our open positions. Candidates with designated competencies are called to job interviews after qualifying through the resume.

In order to determine the candidate that best suits the sought-after position, Human Resources and related Department Managers cooperate in the recruitment process. The knowledge and skills of the candidates are questioned during interviews using Competency Based Interview Techniques. Interviews are supported by different measurement and evaluation tools in accordance with their needs.

All or part of the following assessment tools are applied in accordance with the requirements of the position in the evaluation of the suitability of our newly graduated and experienced candidates:

- Competency Based Interview

- Personality Inventory

- Visual Ability Exam

- Reference Control

​

As a result of all these evaluations, our suitable candidates are offered jobs by our companies and the candidate who is eligible for the position begins to work.

     Applications of candidates who cannot be evaluated in the current position as a result of the negotiations are stored and tracked in the database for evaluation in other positions. All candidates are informed about the outcome of the recruitment process.

 

Education Development

In line with corporate culture and strategies and Human Resources policies, education and development needs are determined within the framework of individual performance and competency evaluation results and according to the requirements of the work. Trainings begin with orientation process and continue with various trainings for personal development, knowledge and skills, performance development. Our company is divided into training studies as in-house and non-institutional trainings. In-house trainings begin with the selection of internal educators and are structured according to the characteristics and technical information of educators. Non-institutional trainings cover training programs jointly carried out with independent consulting companies.
